Terms and Conditions for online payments

All payments to Portillo Lodge using the online payment facilities are subject to the following conditions.

  1. Portillo Lodge accepts EFPOS and debit card transactions.
  2. When you complete the online payment form funds will be deducted from your credit card account in Australian dollars.
  3. Payments are deposited into Portillo Lodge’s bank account.
  4. Confirmation:
    • If your payment is successful you will receive confirmation that your payment was completed.
    • If unsuccessful we will advise that your payment has failed. Portillo Lodge will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
    • If your payment fails, please use an alternative credit card or contact Portillo Lodge on 0458 925 050 to arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure that your booking is secured.
  5. Reservations are subject to receipt of full payment.
  6. Portillo Lodge will provide you with a receipt confirming your payment details and your reservation via email.
  7. Should you need to cancel your booking you can do so by contacting Portillo Lodge by email Portillolodge@gmail.com or on 0458 925 050 . A full refund will be paid for cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the booked date. Cancellations made after that date will incur a late cancellation fee.
  8. Parties staying at Portillo Lodge are liable for any damage to the property caused by them. Payment using the online payment mechanism constitutes an acknowledgement of responsibility for and damage caused and liability to pay for the restoration of that damage.
  9. All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation.
  10. Portillo Lodge’s Terms and Conditions for online payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
